Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you have agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from receipt of your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and certain care products.Initiating the process: If you want to return a product, please send an email tosupport@lunaxbelle.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email approving or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.Late or no refund: If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven't received it, please contact us via support@lunaxbelle.com.
Costs
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace for your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return shipment must be sent to China, and costs start from €20 and are at the customer's expense.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge.
